How did you come to NHC?
We received a flyer in the mail inviting us to see “The Passion of the Christ” at the local theater with NHC.
What is your role at NHC?
I am the Administrative Assistant.
What is the best part about your role?
I get to work with folks that love the Lord and I get to see first-hand how God is “moving and shaking” the people that attend NHC.
Who is your favorite character in the biblical story? Why? How do you identify with him/her?
David – He loved God. He was so human. His sins were recorded so that we could know, beyond a doubt, that God loves the sinner that repents.
Who are your favorite sports teams?
Lakers, Angels and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Who is your favorite musical artist or group?
Almost any worship music.
What were you like in junior high? Why?
I moved to California from a very little town in Pennsylvania, just as I was starting Jr. High. I was very shy.
If you could only have one book to read (other than the Bible), what would it be? Why?
At the beginning of every New Year, I start a new daily devotional. This helps me to faithfully read God’s Word every day.
If you could choose your last meal on earth, what would it be? Why?
Fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes & gravy, salad and homemade bread & butter.
What makes you laugh?
My husband and my daughter; they have the same sense of humor. When they are together; everyone is laughing.
What makes you cry?
The best tears are when I am in the presence of my Heavenly Father; that He should love me so much……it makes me weep.
