Our Services
The worship services at North Hills Church are designed to celebrate basic truths of the Christian faith. (Services are identical.)
It is never easy to visit a new church for the first time so we want to be as helpful as we can to make your experience a good one! (By the way, if you are investigating Christianity, this service has you in mind, and we hope it will be helpful.)
dress
A few people dress up, but most people choose to dress down and come casual. Come the way that you feel most comfortable.
music
This time is set aside for communicating with God from our hearts. We have live upbeat worship with a band (drums, guitar, etc.), as well as more intimate songs of worship. Everyone worships in their own unique way – for many, that means singing & clapping, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. You are welcome to do whatever seems appropriate to you, helping you experience God in a meaningful way.
offering
Each week there is a time to worship God through the giving of tithes and offerings. As a guest, please do not feel any pressure to give. This is an act of worship for our regular attenders, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work He is doing in their lives, returning a portion of the gifts He has given them.
the message (sermon)
Every weekend, you will hear a relevant, straightforward message, taken directly from Scripture and designed to be helpful in your everyday life. We trust that these messages will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong biblical foundation for your life.
communion
Once a month, we celebrate communion together. All those who have made a decision to follow Jesus Christ are welcome to participate. The juice and bread that we share represent the life He sacrificed so our sins could be forgiven.
first time guests
As a guest, you will be invited to fill out an Information Card (found on the seat in front of you) during the service. This gives us a chance to help you know more about our church. We promise not to misuse your information, but only respond to ways we can help you know more about us. The slips are collected during the service when everyone drops them in the offering bags. Stop by the Welcome Center following the message and pick up a gift bag. It is our way of saying thanks for being our guest!

Hang out for a while and have some coffee and donuts and meet other people at North Hills.
